Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or unopened products, including:
Nasal Drops
Oral Drops
Creams
Oils
Face Wands

This policy is in place for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
Faulty or damaged upon arrival, or
Incorrect due to an error on our part,
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
A description of the issue.
We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement. We may request that the faulty item be returned before a replacement is issued.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the courier.
A replacement will only be considered after the courier has confirmed the parcel is lost. We reserve the right to refuse replacement claims where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout or where there is evidence of fraudulent or repeated claims.
Replacement Eligibility
Pure Bronzing reserves the right to investigate all claims before issuing a replacement. Claims that are false, fraudulent, incomplete, or unsupported by sufficient evidence will be declined.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind.
Ordering the wrong product.
Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
Products that have been used or altered.
Delivery delays outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.
